UKS Koryo offers regular training at locations in Mszana Dolna, Łętowe and Mszana Górna, as well as at KS AZS AWF Kraków. Its activities include coaching, training consultations, belt examinations—including examinations for black belts—and participation in competitions. The club also organizes sports camps and trips for its training groups, which include younger and older youth categories. Instruction covers taekwondo practice, with resources on poomsae and hand and foot techniques. Founded by Zbigniew Karpierz, a fourth dan, the club invites new participants to visit and try a training session.
