TL Bygg

TL Bygg is a Swedish construction company operating in Stockholm and Uppsala, with a focus on residential and office buildings. Rooted in a traditional building trade heritage, the company undertakes both turnkey and construction management projects, bringing a broad perspective from the initial idea through to handover. Its services include construction contracting, new-build housing, community properties such as schools and preschools, and aftercare, including warranty work and smaller follow-up orders.

Across its projects, TL Bygg takes responsibility for quality, environmental considerations and the working environment. The company emphasizes sustainability, clear communication, craftsmanship and long-term relationships, with the aim of creating buildings people will want to live and work in for years to come. Its portfolio includes housing developments and commercial spaces, as well as projects in education and public services. Examples include residential construction at Nobelberget in Sickla and Tegeltornen in Sundbyberg, and an extension to Campus Sickla. TL Bygg also promotes an inclusive workplace culture through its Sila Snacket initiative and highlights a roadmap toward a fossil-free construction industry by 2045.
