TLC at Home Inc

TLC at Home, Inc. is a locally operated Nebraska provider supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Omaha, La Vista, and the greater Omaha metro. Its approach centers on meaningful relationships, individualized support, independence, community inclusion, and quality of life, with families, guardians, and Service Coordinators involved in shaping services around each person’s goals and needs.

TLC at Home offers day services for children and youth from birth through age 21, including day habilitation, skill-building, community integration, activities, and outings. The organization also provides residential Shared Living and related supports for adults, welcoming individuals into supportive, family-style homes that encourage independence. Community and wellness activities include social and life skills, recreation, outings, and volunteering.

Services are delivered by trained, background-checked staff, with a registered nurse on staff, in supervised, DHHS-compliant settings. TLC at Home is accepting referrals, including Family Support Waiver referrals for day services, and welcomes families and Service Coordinators to arrange tours.
