Its support includes finding, employing and managing support workers, as well as assistance with contracts, payments, invoicing and day-to-day administration.

TLC Support WA also helps families understand relevant NDIS, workplace health and safety, and Australian Taxation Office requirements, and works to ensure services meet NDIS guidelines. Families can seek support coordination, employment assistance, advice and advocacy, and help identifying suitable therapies, activities and events.
