Sunstone is a pediatric precision-care service for families seeking answers about a child’s autism, developmental concerns, or difficult-to-control seizures. Its model brings specialists together to review a child’s history and records as a whole, rather than relying on a series of separate referrals. The integrated team may include a pediatric neurologist, clinical geneticist, genetic counselor, behavioral specialists, and a care coordinator.

Families begin with a conversation, followed by a review of existing evaluations and test results. The team then meets with the family by video to develop a personalized approach. When a physician believes further testing could change the care plan, options may include trio whole genome sequencing, at-home EEG, and other specialized diagnostics. These tests are priced separately and are not included in the Precision Care Plan.

The plan includes records review and a written care plan shared with the family and a chosen physician, typically within 12 weeks, subject to the timing of any recommended testing.
