TMK Reports helps people research property records across Hawaii Island, Kauai, Maui, and Molokai. Its online lookup lets users find a parcel by Tax Map Key (TMK), street address, or by selecting a lot on a map—useful where rural properties lack reliable addresses. The service draws on state and county records and identifies the sources and dates behind its findings.

A free lookup provides the parcel’s basic details and a wastewater record, such as cesspool, septic, aerobic, soil treatment, or no record, with context about how to interpret missing data. For $79, customers can purchase a dated PDF report with additional wastewater system information and records covering flood, lava, and tsunami hazards; county zoning; state land use; Special Management Area status; wetlands and critical habitat; water and soil indicators; and other parcel characteristics. Reports also document queried data sources and include a document fingerprint. TMK Reports states that findings reflect records only: they are not official determinations, and no property visit is conducted.
