TMP Muay Thai is a training club focused on authentic Muay Thai, combining technique, movement and explosive effort in a welcoming, community-minded environment. With clubs in Lyngby and Hørsholm, it offers training for beginners and experienced enthusiasts, emphasizing an enjoyable experience and a supportive start for newcomers. Sessions provide a full-body workout that brings together cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, coordination and fighting techniques. Members can also develop focus, confidence and practical self-defence skills while building fitness and mobility.
Those new to the sport can book a free trial session, and loan equipment is available, so there is no need to buy gloves or shin guards before trying a class. TMP Muay Thai offers memberships at both locations and a 10-session punch card for people who want to fit training around work, studies or family life. The club also sells branded Muay Thai shorts, hoodies, T-shirts and sweatshirts. Its website shares training information and articles about the sport, including guidance for people considering starting later in life.
