TNR PRO

Danna Stillman is an animal welfare advocate and founder of the TNR PRO Hero Foundation, working in South Florida to address dog and cat overpopulation through humane, prevention-focused solutions. Drawing on hands-on experience with community cats, multiple TNVR certifications, and service on the Miami Beach Animal Welfare Committee, Stillman is developing affordable, high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter clinics. The planned South Florida flagship clinic and training center is intended to support targeted Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return programs and provide a model that other communities can adapt.

Stillman’s work combines practical animal rescue with community education, outreach, and collaboration. She has volunteered as a cat trapper and registered feeder, helped manage colonies, supported emergency cat rescues, and contributed to data and coordination efforts across the region. The website offers animal welfare resources, a cat calculator, information for finding spay/neuter assistance, and a TNR help request option for Miami-Dade and Broward counties. It also shares Stillman’s experience, community education work, and opportunities to connect about partnerships, speaking, and rescue initiatives.
