Texas Ordnance Company (T.O.C.) is a firearms company focused on modular AR-platform products designed to support a wide range of configurations. Its featured product, the Hot Swap, is a modular lower system intended to work with AR-pattern upper receivers and compatible components. The company says its lower accepts most AR triggers and safeties and uses a low-shelf configuration for broad parts compatibility.
The planned Hot Swap kit includes a serialized modular lower, a Magpul K2+ grip, an optional trigger, and AR-15, AR-10, and AR-9 EVO platform mids. It also comes with a collectors challenge coin and a foam-cut transit case. T.O.C. says the system can support more than 30 configurations, spanning calibers from .22 LR to .50 BMG, and that users can swap a mid and their preferred trigger and grip in about 45 seconds. Individual mids are also intended to be available separately. The company is taking pre-buy orders and projects release in early Q3 2026. Its website offers shopping, dealer inquiries, company information, and customer support.
