嶼聲同行, also presented as TODE, is a Taiwanese storytelling and documentation project focused on土地公, the local earth gods whose temples and traditions are woven into communities across the island. Through photography, video, sound, and writing, the project records temple architecture and sculpture, shares oral histories from elders, and explores how local belief and the protection of 伯公 have supported communities through changing times. Its temple guide introduces historic shrines and local stories from towns and villages throughout Taiwan, with details about their origins, distinctive features, and cultural traditions.

The site also connects temple visits with local food through its Food Spot & Tour section, featuring familiar snacks and eateries in places such as Changhua, Tainan, and Yunlin. Visitors can browse stories by location, discover nearby cultural and food destinations, and follow the project’s ongoing journeys around the island. 嶼聲同行 also welcomes recommendations to help uncover more community connections and offers commissioned research.

Its aim is to bring Taiwan’s close-to-home stories and enduring cultural heritage to a wider audience
