TOFROM YAESU is a large mixed-use complex in Yaesu, in front of Tokyo Station, designed as a new gateway connecting people, time and place. Bringing together Tokyo’s history and contemporary life, it offers shops and restaurants, offices, a theater and conference facilities, a bus terminal, and medical services. Its commercial zone is planned to include more than 60 distinctive stores, with a focus on food and dining that carries forward Yaesu’s diverse culinary culture while introducing new experiences.
The office space combines direct access to Tokyo Station and connections to six stations and 28 rail lines with amenities, seismic resilience and high environmental performance. Theater and conference venues operated by Pia and Congrès host performances, live music and business events, creating a center for cultural and professional exchange. The underground Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu connects the station area with cities across Japan through highway bus services.
