TofuTussis is a small, two-person tofu maker based in Berlin, operating a local production space and online shop. Guided by the motto “life is a request concert,” the brand invites customers to create their own tofu from 25 ingredients. Its fresh tofu and other soy products are made by hand using traditional methods, with organic-quality ingredients and a focus on transparent production and individual preferences.
The shop also offers soy drinks and snacks, alongside selected vegan products from other makers, including Vantastic Foods soy products and Berlin-made VEGO chocolate bars. Customers can collect prepaid orders in Berlin-Friedrichshain or have them shipped across Germany using carbon-neutral delivery. TofuTussis also offers workshops that teach participants how to make tofu at home from fresh soy milk; sessions last about two and a half hours and take place at changing venues.
The online shop carries tofu, multi-purchase cards, and gift vouchers, including vouchers for workshops. Through its products and activities, TofuTussis brings small-scale, handcrafted vegan food production to Berlin and beyond
