Together

Together is a Queensland union representing 30,000 members across public and private sector workplaces. Its members include workers in the Queensland public service, health and education, as well as aged care, private hospitals, universities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services, call centres, pathology and legal industries. Run democratically by its members, Together campaigns for fairer workplaces, better pay and conditions, quality public services and action on climate change.

The union supports members with industrial advice and workplace representation, information about employment rights and entitlements, and collective bargaining for improved wages and working conditions. Members can also access free Career Launchpad training modules and savings through the Member Advantage scheme. Together provides regular workplace updates and a members-only portal for information and account details.

Beyond workplace advocacy, Together organizes campaigns involving members and Queensland communities to promote fairer communities and stronger public services. Through collective action, member representation and community campaigning, the union works to improve workers’ lives and contribute to a better Queensland.
