Together for Youth

Together for Youth is a New York State nonprofit organization supporting children, young people, and families as they work toward safer, healthier, and more independent futures. With 140 years of experience, the organization provides compassionate, trauma-informed services in homes, schools, and communities, emphasizing connection, trust, and consistent support. Its programs include foster care placements, foster parenting resources, group homes, behavioral health services, community-based programs, family preservation, and support for youth in detention.

Together for Youth also uses evidence-based and informed practices and advocates for the security, resilience, and belonging of young people and families. The organization works with foster families, community partners, donors, and employees to extend its impact across New York; it reports serving 60 counties and supporting 550 foster families. Donations help address practical needs and create positive experiences for youth in care.
