Formerly known as Eastern Bay Primary Health Alliance, Toi Manawa works collaboratively with general practices, health providers, iwi, and local communities. Their aim is to connect a wide range of services and invest in community-led health initiatives, thereby strengthening hauora across Te Moana a Toi.

Toi Manawa offers extensive services including healthcare in schools, confidential counselling for individuals and families, dietitian support, and wellbeing assistance for mental health and chronic conditions. They also facilitate access to general practices and pharmacies, ensuring that urgent and after-hours care is readily available.
