Tokidos

Tokidos is a proudly Canadian brand creating screen-free educational games for children, with a focus on ages 3 to 8 and beyond. Its PlayCubes system combines five tactile cubes with PlayCards to turn playtime into hands-on learning. Children listen, tap, shake, move and respond to audio-led games, without needing a screen, Wi-Fi or extensive adult setup. The activities support skills including counting, language, memory, logic, science, music, motor development and problem-solving, with content designed to grow in challenge as children develop.

A PlayCubes set includes a TokiCube, which reads the PlayCards and provides game instructions, plus four companion cubes for interactive play. Games can be played independently or with up to four players, making the system suitable for quiet solo play and shared family or sibling activities. Tokidos says its products are designed in Québec with input from educators and child development specialists and are intended to be neurodiverse-friendly, with gentle cues and no countdown timers.
