Tokutei Ginou Asia is an information and support website operated by the General Incorporated Association National Human Resources Support Federation. It serves foreign nationals who hope to work in Japan and employers considering hiring international workers under Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker program. The site explains the visa system, employer acceptance procedures, application steps, and the role of registered support organizations, helping visitors understand the process and their responsibilities.

For employers, Tokutei Ginou Asia offers information about support plans, required assistance, service options, pricing, and recruitment consulting, including expert assessments of hiring readiness. Its guidance covers the ten required support areas, such as pre-arrival information, airport transportation, housing, daily-life orientation, Japanese-language learning opportunities, consultations, and regular interviews.

The website also shares examination updates across the program’s 14 sectors, including nursing care, construction, agriculture, accommodation, manufacturing, and food service. Further resources include news about sending countries across Asia, memoranda of cooperation, seminars, frequently asked questions, and links to recommended sending organizations.
