About Tombolo ry
Tombolo ry is a student association at the University of Eastern Finland, specifically for students studying geography, human geography, and environmental policy. Since 2015, Tombolo ry has been dedicated to representing the interests of its members and organizing fun events. Known for their unique green overalls and adorable penguin mascot, Tombolo ry stands out in the crowd at numerous events throughout the year.
As an extremely active association, Tombolo ry surpasses even the largest student associations on the Joensuu campus.
