Products are made in dedicated overseas production lines and supplied directly to customers, avoiding intermediaries such as importers, wholesalers, and shops. Tomchei Torah says sales are conducted without profit, so customers pay the actual product cost.

Families register once to create an account, identify their preferred nearby collection point, and provide their connection to an institution so the system can determine eligible benefits. They can then browse and order online from a phone or other device, track orders, receive updates about unavailable items, and contact customer service.
