Kiner Flow Academy is a school for yoga, martial arts, movement and postural wellbeing, founded by siblings Tommaso and Lucia Patella. With locations in Bologna and the Taranto area, the academy offers classes for adults and children, alongside professional training for aspiring instructors. Its approach combines scientific knowledge, body awareness and a holistic perspective, delivered by experienced movement and education professionals.

Courses include Hatha Yoga, Bowspring (also called Yoga Bow), postural practice and yoga with a hammock. These classes focus on balance, strength, flexibility, alignment and easing muscular tension. GiocArt introduces children aged 6 to 12 to movement and Eastern disciplines, supporting motor development, social interaction, self-control and confidence through activities including Aikido, Karate, Fly and yoga. The academy also teaches Aikido, a Japanese martial art and self-defence practice, and Karate for seniors, which uses rational training to educate body and mind.

For students seeking to teach, Kiner Flow Academy provides Yoga Bow instructor training, including a pathway to CSEN certification, as well as continuing education and information about certified instructors.
