Tomurcuk is a Turkish couples app designed to help partners connect through thoughtful daily questions and shared activities. Each evening, both partners receive the same question at a time they choose. Their answers stay sealed until both have replied, then open simultaneously—encouraging honest responses before either person can be influenced by the other. Couples can react to answers and continue the conversation in a private chat with text, voice messages, and photos. There are no public feeds or followers.
The app also supports long-distance relationships with shared question routines and, on compatible iPhones, widgets showing a partner’s local time and the distance between them. Couples can explore more than 180 tests across 12 topics, including compatibility, shared habits, and relationship reflections. Its daily astrology feature offers couple-focused readings, with additional content available through Premium; one subscription covers both partners. A shared “nest” adds a playful element: answering questions and completing tests earns embers that couples use to feed and grow a virtual bud or unlock new scenes.
