Tom Vance Equestrian

Tom Vance Equestrian is a showjumping coaching and horse-acquisition business led by former Irish international showjumper Tom Vance. Based in Hertfordshire, Tom works with riders at different stages of their competitive careers and sources horses for clients in Ireland and around the world. Drawing on a lifetime of riding, caring for, buying and selling horses, he combines practical experience with knowledge of the horse market and each buyer’s requirements.

The coaching service helps riders develop their technique, confidence and performance, from foundational skills to more advanced showjumping. Tom’s approach focuses on identifying key areas for improvement and addressing them clearly and patiently, while supporting progress for both horse and rider. Through its horse-acquisition service, the business helps clients find a suitable horse based on their goals and criteria, and can assist with the trial process. Tom Vance Equestrian serves riders seeking focused instruction as well as those looking for expert guidance in choosing a horse. Client testimonials describe successful partnerships and improvements in riding ability and confidence.
