To Øl is a Danish craft beer brand that began as a home brewing project in 2005 and was officially established in 2010. For the past decade, they have operated as a gypsy brewery, utilizing spare capacity in other breweries. In 2019, To Øl took over a former food factory in Zealand, Denmark, and transformed it into To Øl City, a 150,000 m2 facility with specially designed brewery and craft beverage hub.

To Øl City marks a significant milestone for the brand as they bring all of their beer production back to Denmark. While they will continue to travel and brew abroad, To Øl now has a spacious and exquisite venue to invite friends and fellow brewers for collaborations, fun, and games.
