Visitors can join coffee and tea gatherings, peer-support meetings, yoga and mindfulness sessions, cooking workshops, and activities for young people and young adults. The weekly programme also includes singing, painting, crafts, a reading group, tailored wellness treatments, oncological foot reflexology, and shared meals. Special events and themed workshops are offered throughout the year.

Toon Hermans Huis Maastricht also provides a listening ear through volunteers, including support for patients at Maastricht University Medical Centre. The organization welcomes volunteers and works with other Toon Hermans Houses.
