About TopCryst
TopCryst is the online platform of the Samara Topological Data Center, providing tools for exploring topological information about crystal structures. Users can search the site’s network topologies, topological objects, and structures, or use its crystal-structure application to determine the topological type of a structure from a CIF file. The upload tool accepts a CIF file containing one structure, with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
The site also states a daily limit of 10 CIF-file uploads per user. Visitors can sign in to access the platform, and the site provides a citation for its associated publication in Science and Technology of Advanced Materials: Methods, volume 2, issue 1, pages 250–265.
