A TopiWork Iskolaszövetkezet missziója a megalakulás óta, hogy főként szakmai, gyakornoki munkalehetőségeket biztosítson hallgatók számára, valamint hosszútávú, kölcsönösen előnyös együttműködéseket szervezezzen ipari szereplőkkel. Főként szakmai, de akár alkalmi munkavállalók toborzására, foglalkoztatására mérnöki, adminisztratív, informatikai, gazdasági és további igény szerinti munkaterületeken. A toborzási, valamint kiválasztási folyamatokban aktívan segítjük céges partnereinket, a jelölteket a megadott kritériumok, valamint feltételek alapján előszűrjük és egy első körös interjút is lefolytatunk velük, valamint biztosítjuk azt is, hogy a gyakornokok egyszerűen, díjmentesen állományba is kerülhessenek. Nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a hatékonyságra, valamint a gyors, precíz adminisztrációra. Szövetkezetünk számára fontos a környezettudatosság, ezért igyekszünk minél kevesebb papírt használni, így a folyamataink is főként online zajlanak, ezáltal minimálisra csökkentve a környezeti terheket. The mission of TopiWork School Cooperative since its establishment has been to provide mainly professional, internship opportunities for students and to organise long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with industry. Recruiting and employing mainly professional, but also casual workers in engineering, administration, IT, economics and other fields of work according to requirements. We assist our business partners actively in the recruitment and selection processes, pre-screening candidates according to the criteria and conditions given, conducting a first round interview and ensuring that trainees can be easily recruited free of charge. We place great focus on efficiency and fast, accurate administration. Environmental awareness is important to our co-operative and we try to use as little paper as possible, so our processes are mainly online, minimizing our environmental impact.
