TOPIZDATO

TopIzdaTo is a Ukrainian nonprofit public organization, registered in 2022, that aims to build open, accessible infrastructure for participation in the data economy. Its current focus is developing a network of people whose relationships, practical skills, or professional expertise can support data projects. The organization offers three participation paths. Data Scouts introduce organizations, teams, or people who may have useful data or need data work. Data Contributors undertake practical tasks such as data preparation, annotation, evaluation, research, verification, and quality control. Domain Experts apply specialist knowledge to assess data and results that require professional judgment.

Applications take about five minutes and do not require a CV or account. TopIzdaTo reviews applications and may use experience questions, conversations, practical checks, or qualification confirmation to assess candidates. When a suitable opportunity arises, it shares the scope, terms, and compensation rules before work begins. Applying does not guarantee employment, projects, hours, or payment, as the organization is building its network ahead of a larger project pipeline.
