In recent years, Toplus Energy Corporation has developed world-leading hydrogen gas purification and recovery equipment known as Hydrogen Purification & Recirculation (HPR). This equipment is the only one in the world to have obtained SEMI S2 certification, granting access to semiconductor plants.
