Top Speed Sports Fitness

Top Speed is a sports speed and fitness coaching program based in Lake Macquarie, New South Wales. Led by Warren, with support from his daughter Alison, the coaching team works with athletes of different ages and abilities, from children as young as six to Masters competitors. Its aim is to help participants improve athletic performance through focused coaching, supportive group training and practical programs tailored to their goals.

Services include private one-on-one coaching, small-group sessions, sprint training and speed, fitness and agility development for individual athletes and sports teams. Training supports a range of sports, including soccer, rugby, netball and OzTag, as well as track athletes seeking to improve performance across distances from 60 metres to 800 metres. Sessions emphasise running technique, sprint mechanics, starts, speed, agility, power and endurance. Top Speed also offers guidance for team-specific training and has promoted school-holiday speed clinics. Participants include young athletes, adults seeking fitness, returning runners and competitors preparing for events.
