Tornion Ice Hockey Club ry, known as Tornion IHC or TIHC, is an ice hockey club based in Tornio, Finland. Founded in 1976, the club is rooted in local hockey and plays its home games at Hannulanmäki Ice Hall. Its men’s representative team has competed in Suomi-sarja, reaching the league for the first time in the 2009–2010 season.
Alongside senior men’s hockey, TIHC offers women’s and girls’ hockey and junior teams across several age groups. Younger children can take part in the Leijona skating and hockey school, which introduces them to skating and the sport. The club also provides information and resources on ice times, reservations, independent training, nutrition, physical activity and athlete wellbeing.
Its stated aim includes supporting the wellbeing of children and young people through sport. TIHC shares club news, team updates, events and registration information, and invites people to join as members. It also participates in the Meri-Lapin Tähdet project with Kemin Lämärit, promoting quality activity and doing more together
