Toronto Float Homes is a unique and luxurious brand offering floating homes for sale in the beautiful Scarborough Bluffs community in Toronto, Ontario. Nestled in a protected cove on Lake Ontario, this rare community of 24 full-time, year-round residences provides a tranquil and picturesque waterfront living experience just 15 minutes away from downtown Toronto. These float homes, built on floating concrete barges, share the same luxuries as homes on land, including heat, hydro, plumbing, air conditioning, and 9-foot ceilings.
With no motors or navigation capabilities, these homes are moored to a dock and anchored to the lake bed via a chain structure. The community, surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, is often visited by trumpeter swans, beavers, deer, turtles, and even mink. Living in this small and friendly community feels like being on the east or west coast of Canada or in cottage country.
Enjoy the peaceful sounds of seagulls, breathtaking sunrises, and water activities right from your deck. Toronto Float Homes offers a truly unique and alluring waterfront living experience without having to leave the city
