Torque Movement is a personal training brand led by trainer Brian Tran, a martial artist with more than 20 years of experience exploring human movement. Drawing on knowledge from strength training, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and other disciplines, Brian helps clients find practical, individual approaches to their exercise goals. His coaching emphasizes training smart, building consistency and adapting sessions to each person’s abilities, lifestyle and motivation.
Services include foundational movement coaching to develop safe, effective technique and identify potential problem areas; strength and fitness programs for general conditioning and body transformation; and specialist skill development for clients working toward specific or advanced movements. Training can address goals such as improving joint health and resilience, managing injury concerns, preventing falls, learning major lifts, boxing fundamentals, handstands, Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit movements. Sessions are available for individuals, pairs and small groups of up to four, with programming adjusted to suit participants.
Torque Movement welcomes beginners as well as people with prior sporting or gym experience, drawing on transferable skills and progressing at a manageable pace.
