Torus Yapı is a construction and property development company with international experience across export, energy and construction. Founded in Istanbul in 2005, the company has focused on luxury residential development in Alanya in recent years, directly managing the design, engineering, material selection and construction of its projects.

Its completed, move-in-ready developments include Torus Apex, a collection of triplex villas with heated infinity pools, sea, castle and mountain views, smart-home systems, underfloor heating and facilities such as a sauna, cinema and fitness area. Torus Silence offers garden and terrace duplex apartments and private villas, alongside indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, a Turkish bath and fitness facilities. Both projects are presented as suitable for buyers seeking property that may qualify for Turkish citizenship or residence permits, subject to current regulations.

Torus Hill Suites, comprising 44 four-bedroom duplex apartments, was delivered in 2023 and is fully sold. For international buyers, Torus Yapı provides multilingual coordination with project selection, contracts, payments, title deeds and relevant residency or citizenship processes.
