Dole Ireland’s roots can be traced back to McCann’s Fresh Fruit, Fish & Vegetable Wholesaler in County Armagh in the 1850’s. Dole plc’s global head office remains located to this day in Smithfield, Dublin- right beside the old Corporation Fruit Market, adjacent to our Beresford Street depot, our central wholesale hub. Wholesale, it is fair to say, is in our DNA.
