Total Wellness Initiative Singapore is a social enterprise with the aim of empowering people with the knowledge and skill sets to better take care of themselves and the people around them. Our focus is on research-based community education and mental health literacy through programmes and workshops, as well as community initiatives and resource sharing. Since our inception in 2022, we have created hundreds of articles on wellness and well-being and run REST for Wellness and Design for Wellness.

About Total Wellness Initiative SG
Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS) is dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to wellness in Singapore, focusing on both physical and mental health as well as lifestyle guidance. With a belief that empowering individuals is the key to achieving overall well-being and preventing various health concerns, TWIS has curated and generated a collection of easily digestible resources centered around a 10-dimensional perspective of wellness. Since its establishment in August 2021, TWIS has grown to involve over 100 volunteers and has spearheaded various initiatives.
These include partnering with organizations and schools to conduct wellness planning workshops, collaborating with community groups to co-create wellness initiatives, and educating the community through the sharing of over 400 unique wellness-related pieces of content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their website. Total Wellness Initiative Singapore is committed to helping individuals take the first step towards prioritizing their well-being and encouraging the adoption of wellness practices in daily life
