Toten Svømmeklubb is a community swimming club with more than 250 members, welcoming children and adults to learn, practise and enjoy swimming. Its central aim is to help people feel safe in the water. Through its swimming courses, the club works toward members mastering four swimming strokes, while also offering those who are interested the opportunity to compete and experience swimming at a competitive level.

The club provides information about course groups and levels, and invites prospective participants to register for lessons. Beyond instruction, its activities include a para-swimming group, a programme of meets and competitions, and access to public swimming at Skreia, including sauna facilities. The club also offers training related to first aid, CPR and water rescue, and provides information for people interested in becoming lifeguards.

Toten Svømmeklubb shares news, event details, practical guidelines and club documents through its website. With opportunities ranging from beginner learning to competition and community swimming, it serves a broad audience looking to build water confidence and develop swimming skills.
