Tots hi som

Tots Hi Som, part of Grup ISOM, is an interdisciplinary centre in Figueres, Spain, focused on improving quality of life and promoting inclusion for autistic people, those with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental or learning differences, and their families. Established in 2014, the organisation combines therapeutic care, family support and community initiatives, guided by respect for each person’s needs and potential.

Its services include developmental assessment and diagnosis, individual therapy, support at home, speech and learning evaluations, and age-based social-skills groups. The team also provides family and community support, training, inclusion consultancy and accompaniment in everyday settings, including at home and in the community. Through ISOM Associació, its nonprofit arm, Grup ISOM offers family education, awareness activities, youth leisure initiatives and employment-inclusion programmes, including gusTEAm, which supports neurodivergent talent and workplace participation. The organisation also explores evidence-based immersive virtual reality therapies and collaborates with companies, institutions and other organisations. Across its services and projects, Tots Hi Som works toward greater independence, participation and quality of life.
