The Tottori Culture and Arts Foundation is dedicated to promoting and enhancing cultural and artistic engagement within Tottori Prefecture. Operating under the motto Arts for Everyone, the Foundation strives to create a rich, vibrant community life through the arts. Their mission encompasses six key initiatives: delivering exceptional performances, producing new arts works, expanding audiences, connecting local artists and communities, addressing social issues through the power of the arts, and supporting networks among municipal theaters.

The Foundation organizes various cultural arts activities, including support for the production and appreciation of performing arts, education, and fostering creativity among residents. It also manages facilities that promote cultural exchanges and the appreciation of arts. Symbolized by the four-leaf clover, which represents happiness and accessibility to the arts, the Foundation aims to cultivate an environment where artistic expression is embraced by all. With a focus on sustainability and community involvement, the Tottori Culture and Arts Foundation is committed to a future enriched by the power of the arts.
