Tot Tracker

Tot Tracker is an Irish childcare management software provider built for nurseries, Montessori schools, preschools, crèches, after-school services, play schools, and childminders. Its platform brings everyday administration into one app, helping providers reduce paperwork and focus more time on care. Features include digital enrolment and ECCE registration forms, invoices and payment processing, attendance tracking, waiting lists, and holiday camp bookings.

Providers can manage allergy and medical care plans, monitor NCS attendance compliance, and keep children’s emergency contacts, dietary needs, and other details in central profiles. A parent app supports daily updates, photos, alerts, and group communication without sharing personal phone numbers. For daily care and learning, staff can record observations, Montessori skills, meals, sleep, and nappy changes, as well as create lesson plans and learning journeys.

The platform also includes team time and attendance tools, with broader HR lifecycle features announced for Q4 2026. Tot Tracker offers a subscription priced from €2. 50 per child per month, depending on contract length; Direct Debit and bank transfers are included, while card payments may incur fees
