Touchdown Relocation Services is a Zürich-based relocation agency founded in 1997 by Barbara Milne. It helps companies, employees, and private individuals move to the greater Zürich area and the cantons of Aargau, Zug, and Schwyz. The multilingual team communicates in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, and tailors its support to each client and family before, during, and after a move.

Services cover the relocation process from area orientation and temporary accommodation to home searches, rental applications, negotiations, and contract completion. The team also assists with municipal registration, bank accounts, immigration procedures, school selection and visits, insurance guidance, apartment handovers, and introductions to local infrastructure. A welcome workshop and post-move support are also available. Services are offered in flexible modules, and the company provides property maintenance for corporate flats, destination services for global relocation firms, and group moves. Through specialist partners, it can connect clients with removal services, work-permit assistance, tax counselling, intercultural training, recruitment, payroll, and insurance services. Touchdown reports having relocated more than 2,900 people.
