Tou | Stavanger is a brand that offers a unique mentorship program in the cultural industry. The program runs from fall to spring and selected participants will be connected with mentors in the administration based on their interests and areas of expertise. As part of the program, they offer individually tailored study trips, personal guidance, a creative and professional work environment at Tou, a series of workshops and courses, the opportunity to realize your own project on one of their stages, assistance with building networks, and help in finding an internship. The program will commence in September 2023 and last until the summer of 2024.

Participants are expected to attend workshops and courses, as well as receive personal guidance once a month. It is free to participate in the program.
