Tour d'Opale

La Tour d’Opale is a family-run Maine Coon cattery in Alsace, France, focused on traditional, outcross and polydactyl lines. Its owner has been passionate about the breed since 1999. The cats live in the family home alongside a white shepherd, and retired breeding cats remain with the family. Kittens are handled and accustomed to human contact from birth to support socialisation.

The cattery raises and offers Maine Coon kittens, with litters and past births presented on its website. The site also shares information about the breed, including its history, appearance, coat patterns and character, as well as guidance on reproduction, kitten care, health and administration. Its breeding cats and lines are tested by ultrasound and DNA for HCM, PKD, SMA and PK deficiency. Kittens are vaccinated, microchipped and provided with a LOOF pedigree. La Tour d’Opale is registered in France and invites prospective owners to make contact by email or phone.
