About Trabajo y Persona
Trabajo y Persona is a non-profit Civil Association that was established in Caracas in 2009. Our mission is to promote the value of work in Venezuelan society and cultivate the dignity of individuals through education for employment. We are committed to developing social programs and projects that provide training in various trades, with a focus on entrepreneurship, self-employment, and decent employment.
Our methodology encompasses the sustainability of training centers by creating socio-productive units involving program graduates. We also strive to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of the culture of work in all its forms. At Trabajo y Persona, we offer a range of programs and projects, including the Photography and Work Collection, the San Juan and San Benito Collections, and the Music and Work initiative.
