Trackclerk

Trackclerk is a track and field meet-day companion that helps athletes, families, and coaches stay prepared as event schedules change. Described as a personal clerk of the course, the app turns meet updates into a countdown for when to arrive, warm up, eat and hydrate, report, and get ready to race. It tracks delays using posted meet results and adjusts timing when competition runs early, late, or pauses for weather and lightning.

Trackclerk works with supported meets on AthleticLIVE and Flash Results, automatically loading event schedules, heats, and lanes when users search for an athlete. Features include personalized warm-up and check-in reminders, fuel and hydration cues, weather-hold information, push alerts, and timelines for multiple athletes. Parents and coaches can follow athletes and receive notifications when they are on deck or results are posted.

The single-athlete experience is free and requires no account. A Pro plan for families and a Team plan for clubs and coaches are rolling out, with additional athlete coordination and sharing features.
