JKA Track Cycling Camp is a women-only introductory and development program focused on track cycling, a discipline of competitive bicycle racing. Organized by the public interest incorporated foundation JKA, the camp aims to broaden participation in cycling and give aspiring female athletes the opportunity to experience riding a track bicycle, or fixed-gear racing bike, on a velodrome. The program is held at the Japan Keirin School in Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, with camp editions also announced at other venues, including Matsuyama Keirin.

Participants are grouped by experience level, and the organizers provide instruction designed with safety in mind, making the camp accessible to people who have not previously competed. Alongside track riding, the program is scheduled to include a lecture on athlete nutrition led by a national team dietitian. The website shares event details, application information, and reports from past camps. Its 2026 Izu camp is scheduled for August 12–14. The camp offers women interested in cycling a structured opportunity to learn about the sport and experience track competition in a supportive setting.
