DK TrackFit Fredensborg

TrackFit Fredensborg is a community sports club offering outdoor exercise and walking activities for adults. Its main TrackFit programme provides physical conditioning in a social setting, combining cardiovascular exercise, strength and flexibility. Sessions take place outdoors at Fredensborg Athletics Stadium, using the facilities and equipment associated with athletics. Training is designed for people aged 35 and over and is arranged so participants can join regardless of their current fitness level. The club trains throughout the year.

TrackFit To Go offers group walks twice a week for people who want to exercise while enjoying nature and companionship. Walks last approximately one to one and a half hours and take participants through local environments such as woods, meadows and areas by the water, with seasonal changes forming part of the experience. These walks also run year-round.

TrackFit Fredensborg provides information about membership, registration, fees, events and club activities through its website. The club is based at Kastanievej 16 in Fredensborg and can be contacted by phone or email for further information.
