Trailblazer & Co. is a marketing and strategy business that helps small and medium-sized companies turn growth ambitions into clear, sustainable marketing. Founded on the belief that businesses should stand out through a strong story rather than louder promotion, the company focuses on organic online visibility and practical systems clients can continue using themselves. Its founder, Aartie, brings 20 years of experience helping businesses communicate more clearly and consistently.

Services include strategy days to clarify a company’s story, brand strategy and positioning; content systems that make marketing more consistent and manageable; and guidance and training for business owners who want to develop their own skills. The work helps clients shape their offering, find an authentic tone of voice and plan content without losing sight of how they run their business. Trailblazer & Co. works with clients through an initial, straightforward conversation, online or at their office in the Rotterdam region, to understand their goals and recommend a suitable path.
