Trail Finder is a free and interactive mapping site designed to help residents and visitors of Vermont and New Hampshire explore the great outdoors. Whether you enjoy hiking, walking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, or paddling, Trail Finder has you covered. Our goal is to make it easy for people to be active and discover the hidden treasures of our beautiful states.

With detailed trail description pages, you can view trails, get essential information, and even submit comments and photos about your trips. You can also find nearby geocaches and so much more. Trail Finder allows you to track your trail experiences, noting trails you've completed, your favorites, and ones you want to visit in the future.

You can save trail logs to remember all your adventures. While we understand the charm of paper maps, finding comprehensive information about trails can be a challenge. That's where Trail Finder comes in.

We bring together extensive and up-to-date trail information in one convenient location. Our search tools help you find the perfect trail for a relaxing Sunday afternoon or create a shortlist for your week-long vacation. Plus, we constantly update our database to reflect changes in the trail network thanks to the collaboration of trail managers and our team.
