Trails For Change (TFC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing a network of trails throughout Armenia and Artsakh. Our mission is to create a vast network of trails that spans across both countries, providing opportunities for outdoor recreation and adventure for locals and tourists alike. Led by our founder and director, Hans Keifer, TFC has partnered with 12 organizations and has already developed 80 trails, totaling over 1000 km of hiking and biking trails.

We are committed to expanding and improving the trail infrastructure, with many more trails in the works. Our team of enthusiastic and passionate volunteers works tirelessly to build and maintain the trails, ensuring they are safe, well-marked, and accessible to all. In addition to trail construction, we also focus on providing outdoor facilities, such as bridges, restrooms, camping areas, and signage.
