Trail to be

Trail To Be offers guided trail-running tours through the Harz, helping participants discover the region’s natural landscapes and trails at a pace suited to their experience and fitness. The service welcomes beginners, road runners looking to try off-road routes, and experienced trail runners. Each tour is tailored to the customer’s preferences, with start and finish locations arranged individually. Common meeting points include Wernigerode, Ilsenburg, Drei Annen Hohne, Elend, Schierke and Torfhaus, as well as routes near Elbingerode and Blankenburg.

Tours are priced by duration: approximately 60 minutes costs €29 per person, up to 120 minutes €49, and up to 180 minutes €69. Longer outings are available by arrangement, and group discounts can be requested for five or more participants. Trail To Be is led by Martin Grundmann, whose experience includes training on Harz trails and completing regional marathons and ultramarathons, as well as events elsewhere in Germany.
